His sire is Absolute Lena - An outstanding son of Doc O'Lena, leading paternal grandsire in 2003 with earners of over $6,300,000, and out of Uno Dixie, NCHA producer of over $148,000 and maternal granddam of NCHA earners totaling over $278,000. Absolute Lena, an exceptional cutting prospect and now deceased, was injured at the El Cid pre-work prior to the 1996 NCHA Futurity and never shown. CTR Absolute Peppy is his only offspring.

His dam is Shea Peppy. This NCHA producing mare, unshown due to injury, is by Peppy San Badger, 2nd all-time leading cutting sire with NCHA earners of over $23,800,000, and out of Doc Bar Tonette, NCHA producer of over $206,000.
